Job Description
As part of our Digital GTM organization, the Enterprise Sales Associate will collaborate with Account Executives to drive new sales revenue. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing existing and under-penetrated enterprise accounts
2. Prospecting for new opportunities
3. Building quotes and proposals
4. Creating strategic account plans
5. Conducting business reviews
6. Collaborating with the sales team including Solutions Consultants, Renewal Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Development
This role involves both selling and sourcing deals, contributing to your growth as part of our structured development and promotional path.
Daily Activities
* Learn from experienced sales professionals and support enterprise accounts
* Build networks with decision-makers and understand the sales process
* Prospect and cross-sell within enterprise accounts
* Support customer success and retention efforts
* Advise customers on digital transformation solutions
* Identify the right resources for deals
* Manage sales processes and account relationships
* Continuously develop your skills through training and coaching
Qualifications
* Experience with AI integration in work processes or decision-making
* Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
* Full cycle sales experience for 1-2+ years
* Coachable with a focus on personal development
* Ability to see the bigger picture beyond isolated issues
* Driven and quick to learn complex concepts
