Frontline Performance Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Frontline Performance Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for driving service excellence, sales growth, and operational efficiency across our frontline operations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate front-facing teams to deliver exceptional customer service standards. You will also be responsible for promoting and selling products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, target-led environment, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance people, performance, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell products and services, consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales targets
* Deliver coaching to team members on sales techniques and customer engagement to drive station revenue
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service standards on the frontline
* Mentor and develop team performance, encouraging accountability and a results-driven mindset
* Oversee rental documentation and underwriting accuracy to ensure compliance
* Maintain a high standard of security across vehicles, premises, and sensitive data

Requirements:
* Full clean B driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years preferred)
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong leadership background, with proven ability to coach and motivate front-facing teams
* Sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced, target-led environment
