As we continue to grow, CRM plays a critical role in how we engage customers, build loyalty, and drive repeat purchase across the entire lifecycle.The RoleWe're looking for a CRM Manager to own and scale our customer engagement strategy across email, on-site, and other CRM channels.This is a hands-on role. You'll be responsible for setting CRM direction and executing campaigns end-to-end - from audience selection and journey design to testing, measurement, and optimisation.You'll work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to build personalised, data-driven experiences that increase retention, lifetime value, and revenue. If you enjoy seeing the direct impact of your work and like getting into the detail, this role is for you.What You'll DoCRM Strategy & ExecutionOwn CRM campaigns end-to-end - from identifying the right customers to measuring what actually worked.Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, on-site messaging, push where relevant) to drive engagement, repeat purchase, and conversion.Design and manage automated customer journeys - onboarding, reactivation, retention, and loyalty - using real lifecycle thinking (not batch-and-blast).Build and evolve customer segmentation using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data.Prioritise CRM initiatives - deciding what to build now, what to automate, and what not to do.Measurement & OptimisationDefine how success is measured, using clear KPIs, control groups, and incrementality where possible.Analyse campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve engagement and ROI.Run A/B tests across messaging, offers, timing, and journeys to drive performance improvements.Turn insights into action - not just reporting, but real optimisation.CollaborationWork closely with e-commerce, marketing, and buying teams to align CRM activity with commercial goals.Partner with content and brand teams to ensure CRM messaging is on-brand, relevant, and customer-focused.Help shape how CRM is used across the business as a core growth lever.What You'll Work WithFirst-party customer data - purchase history, browsing behaviour, engagement signals.CRM and marketing automation platforms (email, journeys, segmentation, triggers).On-site and lifecycle touchpoints across the customer journey.Promotional mechanics including personalised offers, incentives, and loyalty-style messaging.What We're Looking For3–5+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing within an e-commerce or consumer-facing business.You've personally built and launched CRM campaigns - not just managed others doing it.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, automation, and segmentation.Comfortable with measurement - you know why "opens and clicks" aren't the full story.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear decisions.Confident working cross-functionally and getting things done.You have opinions, can prioritise, and are comfortable owning outcomes.Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.Nice to HaveExperience in high-volume e-commerce or retail.Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms.Experience improving retention, repeat purchase rate, or customer lifetime value.A genuine love and interest in beauty products.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Flexible / hybrid / remote working.A fast-moving, customer-focused e-commerce environment.Real ownership and autonomy.Clear, visible impact - you'll see the results of your work.Opportunity to shape CRM as a core growth channel for Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: Remote
