**About the Role:**
This is a customer service representative position that requires fluency in Italian and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner.
* Maintaining knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
* Completing documentation to in-house standards.
* Working safely at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a call centre or customer service role (advantageous but not essential).
* Strong communication skills.
* Driver's license preferable.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
