Job Description We are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Supervisor to join our award-winning team in M. Fitzgerald's.
This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
Leading the bar and floor team ensuring high standards are maintained and providing engaging and high-end service to our customers.
Hours: Full time hours with full time availability required.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that scheduled rosters are followed accordingly and arrive on time for duty.
Availability to work a flexible roster including evening and weekend work.
Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms as directed by the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen and other areas of operation to ensure any tasks have been completed as agreed.
Ensure that customers receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Manage all customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Support the Food & Beverage Supervisor in providing the highest possible standards at all times.
To attend trainings sessions and to follow all standards of procedures (SOPs) as set out by the and Food & Beverage Supervisor and General Manager.
Follow cash handling procedures as per company standard.
