Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture located in either Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Zug, CH; Schaffhausen, CH; Leiden, NL; Cork, IE; Latina, IT; or Beerse, BE. As we are building out our Data Strategy and Operations organization as part of our Value Chain Management organization in the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, we are creating this role as part of our Data Strategy and Operations Team, under the Information Architecture pillar.
The Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture leads and oversees the information architecture for Deliver domain. As Sr Manager IMSC Information Architecture, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of E2E Data Products for the Deliver domain, ensuring they are FAIR and aligned with IMSC Data Architecture.
You will develop and adopt central strategies to minimize duplication of information and maximize clarity on source of truth across different supply chain functions and systems.
Your focus will be end-to-end and span from system specific master data (including supporting workflow capabilities), transactional data and data for analytics and AI.
You will collaborate with the functional partners in the supply chain and the J&J Technology partners to design and implement scalable data models that maximize value for the business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement E2E FAIR Data products for 1-2 domain across Master and Transactional data to generate Data Products for Analytics
Create adopt and evolve IMSC conceptual and logical business information policies to guide data product design and modelling
Work in close collaboration with the domain Data Owners to shape the Data Domain roadmap and ensure budget and resources are allocated
Work in close collaboration with the Data Owners to define metadata and data quality framework to ensure high level of FAIR data products throughout their lifecycle.
In collaboration with the domain Data Owners, support the IMSC Data Governance to implement governance capabilities across Data Domain
Continuously implement Automation and simplification through advanced capabilities like AI-agents into the processes of data design, data asset build and data quality controls.
In collaboration J&J Technology technical partners, support the evolution of a E2E data stack that can support future AI applications in the domains
Qualifications
Education
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Computer Science or with a focus on data management/ data science / Analytics / AI / Machine Learning, or equivalent
Experience and Skills
In depth experience of data modelling and design technique (medallion architecture, Data Vault, Data Marts, OBT etc)
In depth experience of state of the art data technologies (Workflow capabilities for Master data, Data catalogues, Lakehouse, Ontology management)
5+ Experience working in a pharmaceutical global supply chain
Experience in multi-year strategy or technology deployment with focus on information management, data management or data capabilities
Proven track record to build partnership to inspire change and deliver results across complex ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical topics for broad audiences across levels.
Energetic, passionate, accountable, keen on continuous learning.
Preferred
Good knowledge of industry standards related to data management (FAIR, IDMP, ISO etc.)
Good knowledge of compliance standards
Experience working in healthcare
Travel
Requires up to 10% of international travel
