Responsibilities Lead the full project life cycle from initial setup through to successful handover and final evaluation.
Establish delivery criteria and KPIs to ensure all client requirements and performance standards are met.
Execute all works through formal quality systems, ensuring all documentation meets procedural specifications.
Manage resource planning for labor and materials while driving a large team to meet strict deadlines.
Coordinate with site safety officers to maintain high standards and provide weekly progress updates via structured reporting.
