Job Overview
The Employee Relations Partner plays a pivotal role in delivering core consultancy services, including HR support and advice, workplace investigations, change management, employment documentation, performance, and employee lifecycle management.
* Provide expert HR and employment law guidance to clients across various sectors.
* Act as the lead advisor for complex employee relations matters.
* Manage workplace investigations from instruction through to report issuance.
* Advise on organisational change processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Develop and update employment contracts, handbooks, and HR policies.
