Project Director
The Project Director oversees the comprehensive management of one large project or multiple sites, ensuring the effective implementation of processes and procedures.
This role plays a critical part in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
* Liaise with various staff and stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, engineers, and surveyors.
* Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project through leadership, management, and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage subcontractors, engineers, and operational staff on site.
* Plan weekly work programmes and produce weekly reports on project progress.
* Oversee the site team to ensure key milestones are met.
* Manage the project design process while working alongside the commercial team.
* Work closely with the Contracts Manager and report progress to ensure the site programme aligns with objectives.
* Continuously reinforce the safety culture, striving for an accident-free site.
* Attend and chair weekly management meetings.
