The key to this role is leading the commercial performance of one or multiple facade projects based on various factors including profit margins and financial accuracy.

* Strategic thinking, ability to make informed decisions about profitability.
* Contract management experience including negotiation, mediation and dispute resolution techniques.
* Familiarity with relevant industry software, tools, processes such as MS Office/Project/Gsuite.
* Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of effective team collaboration and project leadership under pressure.
