Requirements
PA Certification for Art K-12
Individual must hold a valid PA certification for Art K-12
Develop and implement engaging art lessons aligned with state and district standards for middle school students.
Foster creativity, critical thinking, and artistic expression through a variety of mediums, techniques, and projects.
Teach students the principles of design, color theory, art history, and contemporary art practices.
Organize and display student artwork within the school and at community events to celebrate creativity.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and align curriculum with other subject areas.
Manage art supplies and materials, ensuring proper care and organization of classroom resources.
