Job Summary:
A renowned 5-star hotel in Dublin city centre is currently seeking a passionate and talented Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry to join its award-winning kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious pastry professional to develop their skills in a luxury environment that values quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items across the hotel’s dining outlets.
* Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control, and taste in all dishes produced.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP procedures and all food safety regulations.
* Support with daily mise en place and contribute ideas to menu development.
* Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised pastry section.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment.
* A genuine passion for pastry with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen as part of a team.
* Culinary qualification and strong knowledge of pastry techniques.
* Flexible, reliable, and eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.
