As Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted campaigns and outbound activity. You’ll execute data-driven marketing programmes that generate awareness, capture interest, and convert leads — all while building our brand presence across digital channels.
You’ll work closely with our Sales and Business Development teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and pipeline goals.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and outbound channels
* Own MQL targets and continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates
* Use LinkedIn, outbound email, and other digital tools to generate awareness and engage decision-makers
* Organise trade shows and exhibitions, managing end-to-end logistics and ensuring all supporting collateral is delivered on-brand and on time
* Manage and grow marketing databases, applying segmentation and nurturing workflows to move leads through the funnel
* Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing activity with pipeline goals
* Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, testing, and performance analysis
* Report regularly on campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, MQL volume, and contribution to pipeline
* Maintain and update the website to support campaign activity, lead capture, and SEO strategy
* Organise and run webinars and virtual events to support thought leadership, lead capture, and engagement
* Create and manage landing pages, gated content, and forms to capture and convert leads
* Support the development of marketing content, including blogs, case studies, social media posts, and email copy
* Manage and grow ViClarity’s social media presence with content that supports lead generation and brand awareness
* Produce sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, presentations, and brochures to support outreach and follow-up
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and messaging
* Share campaign insights and market feedback with sales and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or other related area
* 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech
* Proven track record in delivering leads and driving pipeline via integrated campaigns
* Strong grasp of email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and outbound automation tools
* Proficient in WordPress and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
* Commercial mindset — comfortable working with lead data, MQL metrics, and campaign ROI
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail
