Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, mix, knead, and bake bread products to meet production schedules.
* Monitor fermentation and proofing for optimal texture and flavor.
* Conduct quality checks on dough and finished products to ensure high standards.
* Operate and maintain baking equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in bread baking or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques, including proofing and baking.
* Familiarity with baking equipment and tools.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality.
* Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and lifting heavy items.
* Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.
* Confectionery experience is an asset.
