CloudTalk works to provide a unified ecosystem for sales and customer service teams’ communication, so every professional can engage in meaningful conversations.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a commercial, experiment‑driven, and execution‑focused Head of PLG to own and scale our Product‑Led Growth motion for micro customers. Your mission is to turn self‑serve into a full revenue engine from acquisition to expansion and retention, designing flows where product does most of the work and human involvement is ROI‑based.ResponsibilitiesOwn PLG as a revenue engine by taking end‑to‑end ownership of the self‑serve funnel: acquisition → signup → onboarding → activation → paywall → expansion → retention for micro customers.Design the post‑signup journey by mapping and continuously refining the path from account creation to first call and ongoing usage, reducing time‑to‑first‑value with sharp UX, smart defaults, and in‑product guidance.Set “when to human” rules by defining and iterating triggers for self‑serve vs. route to Sales, CSM or CS team based on behavioral signals, intent and account potential to maximize incremental revenue.Run fast experiments with a dedicated PLG squad of 2‑3 software engineers, maintaining a prioritized roadmap of experiments and large bets, and keeping a tight feedback loop between results and next steps.Partner across GTM by working closely with Marketing, Sales, CS, RevOps, and Data to make PLG a company‑wide revenue engine, feeding insights back into pricing, packaging, messaging and acquisition tactics.QualificationsCommercial PM with proven PLG wins in B2B SaaS, able to point to specific metrics such as trial‑to‑paid, NRR, churn reduction or activation improvement.Obsessed with UX for onboarding & activation – able to design or co‑design clean, intuitive onboarding flows that get users value quickly, and comfortable working with UX/copy to optimize flows, in‑app prompts, paywalls and upgrade nudges.Strategic yet hands‑on – able to define PLG strategy and roadmap, and comfortable rewriting a paywall, spec‑testing or refining a signup step; pragmatic, bias to action, and thriving in a high‑ownership, fast‑moving environment.Data‑ and experiment‑driven – fluent in funnels, cohorts and A/B tests, structuring hypotheses, success metrics and post‑mortems, and pushing implementation of event‑based tracking across the journey.Capable of thriving in cross‑functional environments – enjoys collaborating with Marketing, Sales, CS, and RevOps to embed PLG company‑wide.BenefitsLeadership & impact – own a critical growth engine and shape CloudTalk’s long‑tail / micro segment strategy.Direct influence – work closely with senior product leadership and GTM leaders to align PLG with broader strategy.Innovation – help build the leading AI‑powered business calling platform and push the frontier of PLG in B2B SaaS.Growth & learning – 1‑1 coaching, Leaders Academy, learning and development budget.Flexibility – unlimited paid time off, flexible working hours, remote options in Europe.Well‑being – recharge Fridays, fitness allowance, company merchandise, referral bonuses, virtual & physical team buildings.Hiring ProcessInitial chat with our CPTO.Case study presentation.Culture bar‑raiser call with the CMO, leading to an offer.Application detailsBy submitting your application, you acknowledge that Cloudtalk will process your personal data based on Cloudtalk's legitimate interest in finding the most suitable candidate and a pre‑contractual relationship with you.
