The ideal Food & Beverage Assistant will come from a 4* or 5* property and have an excellent knowledge of banqueting. Property can assist with accommodation. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the planning weddings, and events and in room dining. Actively work as a team to ensure optimum service to guests. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed. Deliver an excellent standard of service in all departments.
