Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Representative for French Market
Job Description
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and organised Sales Representative to join our team. As an integral part of our Internal Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving Sales and Marketing projects in the French market.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be fluent in English and French, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You will work closely with the Sales/Marketing Team and management to increase Sales and brand awareness for our Agri-Equine product range in France.
* General Sales administration, including Sales quotations and Order processing/entry via ERP system.
* Assist with Marketing Campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
* Be the point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaise with Quality department to ensure adequate follow-up is provided.
* Represent the customer internally and be the liaison with other departments on any issues arising.
* Assist in the compilation of Sales reports.
* Effectively communicate market findings and customer insights to the Sales/Marketing Team and management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Fluency in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly IT competent with experience using IT systems such as ERP and CRM and proficient across the Microsoft suite.
* Highly collaborative, organised, detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
* A third level qualification in Business or equivalent is advantageous.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in office-based administration environment.
