We’re seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Regulatory Lead to drive cybersecurity oversight within a nationally regulated aviation environment.This is a senior leadership role responsible for implementing aviation cybersecurity quality and compliance frameworks in line with EU legislation (including NIS2 and CER) and national security requirements. You’ll oversee regulated entities, lead a growing specialist team, and act as a key advisor on regulatory and enforcement matters.Responsibilities:Lead aviation cybersecurity oversight and compliance programmesLead and support a high-performing cybersecurity teamOversee audits, inspections, approvals, and regulatory reportingEngage with domestic and international stakeholdersProvide strategic advice to senior leadershipRequirements:6–10+ years’ cybersecurity experience (3+ in leadership/oversight)Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar frameworksExperience in aviation, critical infrastructure, or other regulated sectorsRelevant degree and certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, GIAC desirable)Eligibility for enhanced security clearance.
