Job Title: Senior Manager, Manufacturing Science
The role of a senior manager in manufacturing science is multifaceted and requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. Reporting into the associate director, MS&T, this position bridges the gap between technical knowledge and operational leadership within MS&T.
This role specialises in Drug Product (DP) operations while maintaining experience in Biologic Drug Substance (DS). Working closely with the external manufacturing operations team and the Drug Product MS&T lead who manages the processes, tools, metrics to ensure successful manufacture and supply of product to patients.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide strong scientific and technical leadership for projects from launch through ongoing commercial life cycle as well as oversight for products manufactured at Contract Manufacturing Organisations.
