What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a territory across West Ireland, driving sustainable sales growth and market penetration.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with veterinary practices and key industry stakeholders.
* Promoting a broad portfolio of animal health solutions, delivering value through product knowledge, insight, and commercial acumen.
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets while championing the science, quality, and innovation behind the product range.
* Working closely with a small, supportive, high-performing team where your contribution is recognised and valued.
* Representing the company professionally at internal meetings, industry events, and customer engagements.

* Strong organisation, time management, and territory planning capabilities.
* Proven experience within the animal health industry, whether from a sales, veterinary, or commercial background.
* A commercial, proactive mindset with the drive to grow turnover and expand market share.

* Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to working within a dynamic environment.
What You'll Receive
* €50,000–€70,000 base salary
* Up to 20% OTE
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing after 5 years' service)
