We are looking for someone that:
* Can take ownership for growth and development of the Key Accounts Department, striving to consistently achieve the Key Accounts Department Budget.
* Monitor trends with customers to identify downtrading and up-trading accounts, with an action plan to rectify or enhance.
* Can build and maintain productive relationships with key account customers/suppliers/branch network and key stakeholders.
* Demonstrates a real passion for outstanding customer service, nurturing and fostering partnering arrangements to maximize potential sales and margin.
* Management of Key Accounts Internal Sales Assistants and External Key Account Managers.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8:00am – 4.30p.m. (On average 38.75hrs per week)
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
