The role
The Multi-Site Store Manager is a dynamic role that requires the successful candidate to be proactive in problem-solving and flexible, responding to business needs. The role involves providing on-the-ground management in stores and working with Regional and Divisional Sales Managers to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
What To Expect From The Role
The role focuses on three key elements, supporting the division with specific focus areas:
* Revenue Driving: Supporting key stores to increase revenue, motivating teams, and exceeding KPIs through excellent customer service.
* Operational and Customer Service Excellence: Leading operational standards and influencing store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* People Focus: Onboarding management, driving people development, and providing management coverage as needed.
The successful candidate
This role requires flexibility and proactivity. The ideal candidate will be a capable people leader and team player, experienced in multi-site or dual-site management, embodying Pandora’s core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.
* Ability to travel extensively across the division and occasionally be away from home during the week.
* Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in top-turnover stores.
* Operational excellence and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Adaptability to changing business needs and a positive attitude.
