Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor of Computer EngineeringAbout the Team:The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards.What you will be doing:Own the end-to-end developer journey and internal developer platform as a product.Lead teams to build and operate secure, automated CI/CD pipelines with integrated security tools.Manage the engineering toolchain (source control, CI/CD, artifact repositories, deployment orchestrators).Define and report on engineering KPIs (DORA metrics) and drive continuous improvement.What you bring:Experience leading Platform Engineering or Developer Experience teams.Expertise in containerization and cloud-native CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Harness CD).Proven DevSecOps implementation, including security integration and "shift-left" culture.Practical experience with SRE principles and performance metrics.Data-driven approach to engineering effectiveness and developer satisfaction.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.What we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
