Job Title: Project Director
This is a senior role within an expanding, highly regarded team. As a Project Director you will have the opportunity to work on prestigious, high-value projects across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Lead and coordinate site teams, including managing subcontractors and ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation.
* Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to timelines, ensuring all works meet statutory, contractual, and quality standards.
* Manage and oversee all daily site operations, including monitoring costs and financial performance.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree in a construction-related field or similar.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in a main contractor environment.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
* Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of building practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Experience in fit-out and finishes (hotels/residential) desirable.
