Marketing Coordinator Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team. This dynamic role will see you working across the full marketing mix, delivering campaigns, designing collateral, building digital engagement, and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR, and events.
* Coordinate online content and social media channels, ensuring our digital presence is engaging, timely, and on-brand.
* Coordinate the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms, the website, and email newsletters.
* Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and media contacts to ensure marketing activities are implemented effectively.
* Assist in drafting press releases and promotional materials.
* Support event planning and logistics, including trade shows, sponsorships, and events.
* Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all marketing communications.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing databases, tracking budgets, and preparing reports.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and digital analytics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Communications or at least two years' experience in a marketing role; perfect for someone ready to step up and take ownership in a role with variety.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for visuals, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
* Design experience with Canva, Adobe Creative or other design tools.
* Proficiency in digital platforms, including email marketing platforms and content management systems.
* Eagerness to build skills in video editing, photography, and graphic content creation; prior experience considered an asset.
* Experience with paid advertising and Google Analytics would be an advantage.
* Ability to juggle competing deadlines and deliverables, with a collaborative mindset.
