Projects span a broad range of sectors including Healthcare, Highways & Transport, Retail, Commercial, Education, and Defence, offering a strong and consistent pipeline of work.Your new roleAs a BREEAM Assessor at Tetra Tech, you will be responsible for delivering BREEAM assessments across the full project lifecycle. Typical responsibilities will include:Undertaking BREEAM assessments from pre‑assessment stage through to certificationCompleting evidence review and assessment throughout the design and construction stagesProducing and maintaining BREEAM trackers to keep design teams and stakeholders informed on progressLiaising with internal colleagues, clients, and other technical disciplines to support successful project deliveryAssisting with the preparation of sustainability statements in support of planning applicationsWhat you'll need to succeed Degree qualified in a relevant disciplineQualified BREEAM Assessor4-5 years post‑graduate experience, with proven delivery of BREEAM assessmentsAbility to interpret BREEAM‑related information from architectural, mechanical, electrical drawings and specificationsExperience working with multidisciplinary design teamsStrong understanding of building design and building servicesAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCompetent in Microsoft Office and Windows applicationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloadsCandidates may be required to obtain an appropriate level of UK security clearanceWhat you'll get in returnThis is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's leading engineering consultancies, working on complex and meaningful projects that shape the built environment.
