Convenience Retail Store Manager
We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Retail Store Manager to lead our busy store located on North Main Street, Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a retail professional to take ownership of a well-performing store with strong support and clear structures in place.
* Overall day-to-day operations of the store ensuring high standards across customer service, team leadership, sales performance, and compliance;
* Managing and developing a team of 12 staff members;
* Oversight of stock control, margins, waste, labour costs; driving standards in customer service, merchandising food safety presentation.
