Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the packaging technician team, ensuring the smooth running of packaging equipment, adhering to the production schedule and ensuring that the packaging process meets cGMP requirements.
This role includes people-management responsibilities such as managing employee relations, including absenteeism, performance and growth opportunities.
* - Be flexible with working hours and shifts to accommodate the 24-hour plant operation;
* - Set up, coordinate, operate and troubleshoot secondary packaging assembly line equipment in a biologics processing environment for plasma-derived pharmaceuticals;
