Driving is essential
We offer the most competitive rates starting at €15 per hour, with higher rates on Sundays. Additional pay includes €10 for half-hour calls plus a travel allowance of 41c per km. We also offer additional benefits.
Healthcare Assistants are needed for both part-time and full-time roles in the Galway area to help clients remain safely and happily in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values its staff highly.

The successful candidate must:
* Hold QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Elderly
* Be fully reliable and dependable
* Possess a full clean driver’s license and use of your own vehicle
* Be flexible with a can-do attitude
* Have a caring and kind disposition, providing a person-centred approach to clients
* Possess good communication and practical skills
* Have some experience and training (desirable)
* Be available for weekend and evening work
Responsibilities include:
* Providing high standards of emotional, social, and personal care to clients
* Adhering to all company policies
* Accurate record-keeping
* Participating in ongoing training and upskilling
* Implementing clients’ care plans
* Providing practical and emotional support professionally

* HCA 1 year (required)
