Senior Brand Manager Maternity Leave Cover (12 Months)
This is a great opportunity to step into a senior brand role within a well established consumer health organisation. The position combines brand strategy, 360 activation and cross functional collaboration, with clear ownership of the Irish market.
You will work closely with an experienced marketing leader based in the UK, supported by a capable and collaborative local team. It is a professional, structured environment where partnership, clarity and high quality delivery are valued. The working model offers excellent flexibility, with one day a week in the office.
This is a maternity leave cover with strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during the contract period.
Key responsibilities include
• Supporting the development and implementation of the annual brand strategy and activation plan
• Managing 360 activation across consumer, digital, shopper and healthcare touchpoints
• Working collaboratively with creative, media and marketing agencies to deliver high quality campaigns
• Ensuring brand consistency and high quality execution across all materials
• Overseeing digital media planning and applying a digital first mindset to brand activity
• Monitoring brand performance and using insights to guide decisions
• Partnering with sales, medical, regulatory, supply chain and customer service teams
• Supporting internal teams and external partners with brand training and alignment
The ideal candidate will bring
• Three to five years brand management experience in FMCG, consumer health, wellness, or OTC
• Experience delivering integrated brand communication and activation
• Strong digital understanding across planning and optimisation
• Confidence in analysing performance data and making commercial decisions
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A genuine interest in brand building and high quality execution
