Lead Division Executive

The role of Lead Division Executive is pivotal in driving strategic objectives and ensuring their successful translation into concrete achievements.

This position oversees key support functions such as compliance, risk, legal and company secretarial. It requires the ability to define priorities and goals for units in line with company guidelines.


Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic Implementation
* Define goals within scope of responsibility aligned with company strategy/guidelines of business line management.
* Implement strategic vision of business line within scope of responsibility and identify necessary means and resources.
* Evaluate and ensure successful outcome of activity roadmap.
2. Human Resources Management
* Directly manage several managers and/or a large or complex team (experts, multicultural, multi-country, multidisciplinary resources).
* Ensure continuous adequacy between resources (skills, equipment, etc.), organization and activity stakes.
* Facilitate synergies and encourage collaboration among actors with diverse logics or priorities.
3. Activity Oversight
* Define organization of activity and distribution of roles & responsibilities.
* Arbitrate budget matters while ensuring effective resource allocation.
* Anticipate and manage risks within scope of responsibility.
* Develop, enhance and maintain quality of service.
* Represent the company externally when necessary.
4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor and share market trends and client expectations.
* Pose new ideas and/or projects to enhance activity performance or address new business challenges.
* Encourage ongoing review of process chains & prioritize proposals for process optimization.
5. Ethics, Compliance and CSR
* Ensure correct application of regulations in force and operational variations within the Group.
* Integrate principles of the CACEIS Code of Conduct into activities.
* Establish measures to prevent, detect and deter corrupt practices.
* Comply with CACEIS policies, standards and procedures.
* Familiarize with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy of CACEIS and apply it to activities.
6. Additional Information
* Member of Ireland Senior Management Team and Board Member of CACEIS Ireland Limited.
* The role is designated as PCF-1 Executive Director under Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness and Probity regime.
