About the Role
We are a busy used car dealership seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts and office administration, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Assisting with payroll and monthly reports
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
* General office administration and support
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts or admin role (motor trade experience an advantage)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
