We are seeking a passionate Assistant Bar Manager for
Tapped Late Bar & Kitchen City Centre.
This position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and excellent customer service abilities with a passion for craft beer.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in hiring, training, and supervising bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and servers.
* Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance, ensuring adequate coverage during busy periods.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
* Collaborate with the Bar Manager to develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
* Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks when necessary.
* Ensure prompt and accurate billing, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales reports.
* Work closely with the Bar Manager to develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and attract new customers.
* Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for staff members on topics such as mixology, product knowledge, and customer service.
* Stay updated with industry trends and developments, and share relevant information with the team.
* The ideal candidate:
*
o Minimum of 3 years Management experience in a busy Bar/Restaurant/Hotel- A hands on Manager who leads by example- Desire to train and motivate staff at all levels- Exceptional customer service standards- Proven ability to drive Revenue through various sales techniques and promotions- Excellent knowledge of Cocktails, Wines and Craft Beers.If you are a passionate and dedicated individual with a drive for success in the hospitality industry then this is the role for you
