Business Manager FRS Recruitment Location: Mid Kerry Salary: €70k - €80k Working hours: 39-hour week The Business Manager is responsible for the effective management of the company's administrative, business support and compliance functions. The role supports day-to-day operations and strategic objectives, ensuring robust systems, governance and processes are in place while contributing to business development and maintaining the company's strong market reputation. Our client is a well-established Electrical Contractor delivering Commercial and Industrial projects across the public and private sectors. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all office-based administration, staff, systems and documented processes supporting field operations and management. Support business development by promoting our client, maintaining key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Manage HR and financial administration including recruitment support, employee records, invoicing and management reporting. Liaise with operational teams, suppliers and clients to ensure effective communication, workflow and timely documentation. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GDPR, ISO standards and other statutory and governance requirements. Requirements Proven experience in business or office management, preferably within construction or electrical contracting. Demonstrated ability to manage people, workloads and performance effectively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers and stakeholders. Solid understanding of financial administration, reporting and business systems. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines. Desirable Qualification in Business Administration or related discipline. Experience with tendering processes, particularly public sector tenders. Salary will be in line with qualifications and experience.
