Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The primary function of this role is to drive business growth, assist with recruitment, and support the company's objectives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build lasting relationships, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
* Source candidates from CV databases and social media sites
* Develop, maintain, and grow existing customers through Key Account Management duties
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (advantageous)
An individual with at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy or professional environment would be beneficial. The right person should possess excellent communication skills (oral & written),
