Role Overview:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead and coordinate sales and marketing across three divisions: field sales, trade counter, sales support, and marketing. You will leverage our strong industry expertise while bringing structure, data-driven marketing, and IT-enabled processes to grow sales, improve margins, and increase awareness of our range of products and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the revenue and margin plan, lead and coach the field, counter, support, and marketing teams. Build a consistent, data-driven marketing engine (digital, email, promotions, campaigns) to drive demand. Establish a sales operating rhythm and structure through clear KPIs, regular communication and follow-up to ensure execution.
Enhance IT, reporting, and analytics: Improve CRM/ERP hygiene, create dashboards, and introduce tools/automation. Lead market and customer research.
Manage change and support existing team members to adopt new processes and systems. Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing on inventory, pricing, promotions, and product availability. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth and business opportunities.
