As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Operations, Software Implementation & Business Process Improvement Project Manager to play a critical role in shaping how they scale and deliver on their mission.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll shape processes, manage transformation, and enable the business to scale effectively.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will:
9. Lead end-to-end project management across multiple strategic initiatives
10. Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
11. Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
12. Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to keep delivery on track
13. Ensure smooth transition from projects to Business as Usual (BAU), establishing robust SOPs and processes including mapping and documenting business processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
14. Provide clear, concise communication and status updates to senior leadership
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in software implementation, business process analysis, project delivery, and change management who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Education & Certifications:
15. Degree (3rd Level)
16. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
17. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)
Experience:
18. 5+ years in Project Management, Software Integration / Implementation & Process Improvement
19. Proven track record in creating/maintaining project plans and managing risks, dependencies, and resources
20. Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
21. Past experience implementing or improving project processes and governance
22. Exposure to start-up/scale-up environments (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
23. MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio
24. Strong presentation and communication skills
