FP&A Manager CEGlanbia Performance NutritionJoin this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life's journeyThe OpportunityAt Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), our mission is to inspire people everywhere to achieve their performance and healthy lifestyle goals We are a global leader in the performance nutrition industry and have a portfolio of nine brands, including Optimum Nutrition (ON), BSN, Isopure, Nutramino, Think, and Amazing Grass.This role will be a key part of GPN's CE FP&A and commercial reporting team with various responsibilities across management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision making.Primary responsibilities for this role will include:Reporting to the Finance Director, this person will work in a dynamic, high performing team, striving to deliver best in class FP&A reporting with a focus on revenue and profit analytics for the CE region.Review and own output of key revenue and profit analytics at month-end, forecast and budget, presenting relevant insights to senior management and leadership which will drive better decision making.Preparation of revenue and profit analysis calculations at month end, forecast and budget and ensure accuracy of analytics and interpretation.Lead process improvements to our revenue and profit analytics by working with stakeholders across the business to gather feedback, drive simplification and leverage automation to reduce time taken in preparation and improve accuracy of output.Be the primary point of contact for the CE region, liaising with the team members during month end, forecast, budget and in an adhoc nature to ensure achievement of deadlines and alignment of narrative for the P&L as a whole.Prepare and present insightful analytics, narrative and slides to senior leadership during month end, forecast, budget and in response to adhoc requests.Assist in any ad-hoc projects required to support business growth and consistently strive for process improvements and support delivery of strategic initiatives.Be the team lead for non-routine analysis and reporting.Be a true subject matter expert on P&L Reporting and the systems used including SAP, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Tableau and Business Objects.The skills you will bring to the teamDegree in Finance, Business or similar as well as being a Qualified accountant (or Part Qualified) – ACA, ACCA or CIMAMinimum 4+ years' experience in a similar role working in a multinational environment.
