Key Responsibilities:
* Assist experienced carpenters in various carpentry tasks.
* Learn how to properly use and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are kept in good working condition.
* Help with the selection, measurement, and cutting of materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
* Support the team in completing carpentry projects.
* Prepare job sites for carpentry work, including setting up and cleaning up materials and tools.
* Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
* Learn to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to assist in carpentry tasks.
* Assist in checking the quality of completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
* Work with your team to identify and solve any issues that arise during carpentry projects.
* Take advantage of training opportunities and seek feedback from mentors to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
