Job Description
19th Hole Hospitality Limited at Cork Golf Club, Little Island, Cork is looking for a chef de partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required. The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment. Duties include assisting head chef in preparing and cooking, assisting with food preparation and product development, ensuring food production meets high standards, monitoring food and waste control, and ensuring responsible food hygiene.
Salary is €36,606 per annum. Working hours are 39 hours per week.
