This is an exciting opportunity to join a company undergoing significant expansion. As the Lead Cost Manager, you will be responsible for providing expertise in cost management, project management, quantity surveying and capex management for residential projects across the country.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of projects from a QS and Cost perspective Responsible for estimating and costings of works required Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors Report to senior directors in project plans and developments.
* Manage legal aspects of contracts preconstruction through to completion as required
