is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and friendly professional to join our team as an Online Receptionist & Financial Analyst. In this hybrid role, you'll be the welcoming digital face of our company while supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Online Reception (Front Office Duties):
* Answer incoming calls and emails via the info@ inbox with a warm, professional tone
* Respond to parent enquiries regarding enrolments, fees, and general information
* Schedule meetings or pass messages to management and staff
* Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-ups
Financial Analyst (Back Office Duties):
* Use Xero for invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
* Track and report on NCS (National Childcare Scheme) funding and compliance
* Prepare monthly financial summaries, forecasts, and budget reports
* Monitor key financial metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
* Support payroll preparation and audit readiness
Who We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills, professional, warm, and clear
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
* Familiar with NCS (or willing to learn quickly)
* Able to manage time independently and work efficiently from home
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
Bonus Points
* Experience in the childcare or education sector
* Knowledge of Irish childcare funding and compliance
* Experience using VoIP phone systems and cloud-based admin tools
