About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and auditing data to identify user trends and malicious behavior, suggesting recommendations to improve operations, and leading investigations and resolving issues escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
You will also be responsible for building cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for community and users, developing expertise on integrity issues and how they affect our community, and creating and modifying data labels ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree BA/BS
* 2+ years of experience in an operations technology management consulting or equivalent environment
* 2+ years of work experience in a role involving strategic/analytical initiatives project management consulting experience data analysis or technical systems and/or customer operations
* Experience communicating with a variety of audiences including engineering and technical teams
* Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
