Role Overview The Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving new customer growth across Aran Sweater Market and Weavers of Ireland's eCommerce channels.
This role focuses on identifying, scaling, and optimising acquisition strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth, with a particular emphasis on international markets, including the United States.
The successful candidate will combine strong performance marketing expertise with a commercial mindset.
They will oversee digital acquisition channels, manage marketing budgets, analyse performance data, and continuously identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid media, including paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing Manage and optimise marketing spend with a focus on return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and contribution margin Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements to maximise efficiency and scale Identify and test new acquisition channels, platforms, and growth opportunities Collaborate closely with the eCommerce and retention teams to ensure strong alignment between acquisition strategy and customer lifecycle management Lead campaign planning and execution for major trading periods including St Patrick's Day, tourism season, and the Christmas trading period Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and technology partners Monitor and report on key performance metrics including new customer revenue, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value Manage and mentor team members within the acquisition function Candidate Requirements Minimum of three years management experience within performance marketing or customer acquisition Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition for an eCommerce or retail brand Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage marketing budgets tied to revenue targets Experience managing paid digital marketing channels and analysing marketing performance data Degree or Master's qualification in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related discipline preferred Experience working with international markets, particularly the United States, is advantageous Please note this position is site based in Killarney, County Kerry
