Civils Foreman
A pivotal role within our construction team, the Civils Foreman oversees and coordinates site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with specifications.
* Manage and supervise on-site teams, encompassing tradespeople and subcontractors.
* Coordinate daily activities with project managers, engineers, and planners to maintain project timelines and resource allocation.
* Monitor work quality and compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
* Prior experience in civil works is essential.
* A background in groundworks or plant operations is advantageous.
* Irish/UK experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* A practical approach to problem-solving.
