This is a fully office-based role, but it's not a call centre setup. You'll be working face-to-face with customers who visit the office, as well as handling calls and enquiries from existing and new clients.

* Prior experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management.
* An excellent customer service skillset to provide solutions that meet individual needs.
* A strong understanding of car, home, and commercial vehicle insurance products including relevant policies and procedures.
