This is a senior technical leadership role, working across multiple products and domains to create robust, scalable, and secure solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and deliver large-scale, cloud-native solutions with high performance, reliability, and security.Provide technical leadership, setting engineering direction and best practices.Design and implement solutions on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS/ECS, and other services.Collaborate with product, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to align architecture with business objectives.Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.Lead complex problem-solving initiatives with a strategic mindset.Requirements10+ years in software development/architecture, with 4+ years in a senior or lead architect role.Prior experience working with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) in a regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native systems.Deep expertise in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS/ECS).Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.Solid knowledge of design patterns, SDLC best practices, and modern software architecture.Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum stamp 4 VisaPreferred SkillsExperience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability in cloud environments.Knowledge of data governance, security architecture, and compliance.Salary & Benefits€130-150K + 20% bonusFlexible hybrid working model - 2 Days onsiteShare purchase scheme & referral bonusExcellent career progression in a high-growth, global organisation
