We are seeking a skilled nurse leader to join our care team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety.
* Foster a learning environment to develop staff skills and promote teamwork across specialist care services.
* Apply knowledge of clinical practice, project management, service management, continuing education and professional development in daily duties.
Requirements:
* Currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board or eligible to be registered.
* Minimum 2-3 years relevant post-registration experience.
* Post-registration qualification in gerontology and/or dementia care is highly desirable.
* Demonstrable clinical and professional ability, leadership, communication and organisational skills.
