The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting hotel services, and exceeding expectations through their attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.
* To liaise with guests on any questions they may have, promote all services, and maximize opportunities for upselling.
* To communicate effectively with the front gate and bridge links men to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
Requirements:
* A friendly and outgoing personality.
* Enthusiasm and flexibility, including working 5 days over 7 days per week.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle busy situations.
* Legally eligible to work in Ireland.
