Business Development Representative Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
2. Design, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas

4. Contribute to shaping the future of the company by bringing in new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluency in German and English
* At least 9 months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
* Motivation, energy, and enthusiasm about exceeding targets
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
